You’ll be my somebody else.

Mother’s Day was last weekend. Father’s Day is next month. Students are graduating or ending their school year. Memorial Day is coming up, too. And none of it looks the way we would hope.

The quote in the title of this post is from the song “Not Okay” by our good friend Rachel Marie, a song that has come to be about chosen family and the ones we can lean on when things are tough. Many folks are missing their families right now, both blood and chosen. We certainly are. In honor of families everywhere, last week’s SpotiFriday Live was devoted to songs about families. And songs by Hanson (who are a family).

Check out the shows if you missed them (Dann and Mary), and then give a listen to the companion playlist here:

As we mentioned during the 3@H@H (aftertheshowitsthe) after party, this Friday’s theme will be clothing. We’ve got some good tunes in the pipeline, many of them requests from all of you (thank you!) and we can’t wait to show them off.

We also mentioned releasing a new live(ish) video thanks to the Acappella app, and that ... is coming. Keep your eyes on our social media pages over the next few days. 😉
